Hand-selected CEOs Invited to Inaugural Forbes Business Exchange Event
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. — The first inaugural Forbes Growth & Leadership Exchange was held Oct. 22-25 at The Ranch at Laguna Beach. The event included hand-selected members from the Forbes Business Council (FBC), an invite-only organization for successful and respected leaders, business owners and executives. Attendees included CEOs and founders across multiple sectors including marketing, finance, software and technology from the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. FBC members are selected based on the depth and diversity of experience in leadership, management, customer engagement, technology & growth.

The three-day event included guest presenters Charles E. Gaudet II and Stephanie Vaughn, co-founders of Predictable Profits and Forbes Business Council coaches. Gaudet is the author of “The Predictable Profits Playbook: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Dominating Any Market and Staying on Top.” Gaudet presented on predictability, scalability, and profitability in business. Vaughan is a global business coach and widely recognized for her role as the president of coaching for Business Breakthroughs International, a company owned by Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes. She shared insights on growth, leadership, and productivity strategies. Other presenters included speakers from the Wall Street Journal Tech Live conference held nearby at the Montage Laguna Beach to discuss technology and innovation.
Event activities included daily educational sessions, networking, evening fireside chats with member-led discussions, wine-tasting, spa retreat, a hike in Laguna canyon, and leisure time for the beach and golf. The Forbes Exchange was designed to help leaders interrupt the day-to-day, recharge, learn, and network with fellow executives.
