• For some businesses, we serve as your Full-Service Marketing & PR Team (so you don’t carry the responsibility of multiple contractors or W2s, benefits, health insurance, 401ks and all the fun involved in leading, managing, training, hiring, recruiting and retaining top talent, in addition to staying ahead of the fast-paced, ever-changing Marketing landscape.)
• For others, we work with your CEO, Senior Leadership, Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing personnel to fill in roles and campaigns based on your unique needs. Every business is different.   
• Either way, you get the benefit and expertise of multiple experts without the hassle and headache of multiple hires.

• We work with you to determine your business needs, identify any gaps, and establish short and long-term goals to determine strategies to accomplish them, and then we execute that plan. For some businesses, it’s a starting with a SWOT Analysis on steroids. For others, it’s simply getting ramped up with some ongoing Marketing services. Every business is in a different stage and has different needs. 
•  If you need another facet of Marketing that we don’t offer directly and this is a recommended strategy per your budget, we can also source and manage that on your behalf.  (i.e. Video Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaigns)
• We also specialize in Publicity, a whole separate beast from Marketing that also aligns well when applicable per your strategy, goals and budget. 
• We automate where applicable, including meeting scheduling, onboarding questionnaires, invoicing, payments and receipts to save valuable time and keep costs down.
• We meet with clients per their preference and determine best frequency for your campaigns and workflow in our onboarding process. We tend to move quickly and precisely and we do not waste time, the most valuable commodity on the planet. 
• We do require timely communications on any approvals or strategy recommendations.  

BUDGET

Marketing is an ongoing investment to continually build brand awareness, garner attention, showcase your credibility, generate leads and ultimately drive your sales. There’s not a hard and fast rule or magic # on how much your marketing budget should be and the stats vary. 

General Guidelines to Set a Marketing Budget:

• 10% of Annual Revenue (Gartner’s Annual CMO Spend & Strategy Survey, 2022: Actual Spend)
• >7-8% of Annual Revenue (SBA Recommendation for Small Businesses with Revenue <$5 million)
• 20% of Projected Revenue for Businesses that are getting started and focused on brand building. (SBA)
