What excites you most about the impact our work has on our clients?

To me, producing visual ideas and concepts is a way to move things forward, make them more effective, and connect interests that might not otherwise come together. It drives me to be productive, and I genuinely enjoy helping companies become more visible, knowing that my work supports their success. 

What do you find most rewarding about helping our clients grow?

I truly appreciate that Elev8 clients are invested in their own success. They value and understand the importance of having a solid brand and utilizing creative strategy. My biggest business strength is the ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and attention to detail. I focus on effective and actionable solutions that amplify visibility and usability and maximize results for clients while keeping design and marketing aligned with their corporate identity every step of the way.

What are some accomplishments are you most proud of since joining Elev8? 

I help move projects seamlessly from concept to delivery by creating brands and designs across a wide range of marketing collateral. I bring a strong operational mindset to the creative process, with a high level of attention to detail and consistency — both critical in delivering reliable, high-quality work. Beyond design execution, I proactively troubleshoot creative challenges, refine files for precision and accuracy, and step in quickly when timelines tighten or unexpected issues arise. I streamline the workflow so the team can stay focused, meet deadlines with confidence, and consistently deliver for our clients. Knowing that my work keeps projects on track and elevates the final product is incredibly rewarding.

I’m naturally creative, and that extends beyond work. I tend to experiment and turn everyday things into little creative projects, whether it’s refining a recipe, crafting, or simply finding a better way to organize something.

I’m always looking for small ways to improve things and make them more interesting or unique. It’s a personal habit, and I’ve learned that friends and colleagues often notice my creative touch, even in the smallest details.
